Ronald Villano has been designing quintessential village and beach homes in the Hamptons since 1999.
He attended New York Institute of Technology directly out of high school, where he received his degree in Architecture.
During his internship, he not only worked in top architectural firms, but also as an apprentice to well respected framers and finish carpenters.
To further his knowledge in the design and construction industry, he then applied and was accepted to the prestigious School of Visual Arts (SVA), where he studied interior design.
Upon completing both the US National and NYS internship requirements, he immediately passed all nine exams.
His education further culminated in his acceptance to Columbia University, where he received his Masters in Construction Administration, rounding out his overall background.
During his time of internship, he studied under world-renowned Architects HOK, Siamak Samii, Barnes Coy, Beatty Harvey, BBS, and award winning Landscape Architect, Perry Guillot. Much time was also spent acting as an understudy to internationally known Structural Engineers, RS Engineering. He maintains an excellent relationship with all former mentors, and continues to work together on current projects.
Ronald also served in the United States Army Reserve from 1992-1998 as an Air Craft Armament/Missile Systems Tech, which involved understanding the entire aircraft’s electrical and mechanical systems. This involved an intense 24/7 2 year long military program of electrical and mechanical engineering. He worked on Apaches, Cobras, and Black Hawks.
